I got a new RTX (3070 FE) card and noticed that it randomly flashes Windows 10 desktop apps (window turns black a sub second and back).
In Nvidia Control panel, I see that the Monitor Technology is set to G-Sync Compatible, eventhough I do not have a GSync monitor. Flipping this to Fixed refresh seem to be helping with his issue so far.
Card: RTX 3070 FE
Driver: 461.40-desktop-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql
